That has to be “can you explain to me how did you get this order?”

 

Every day, millions of sales people around the world get business or close deals for their companies. This is indeed a great achievement in a uber competitive world. But most of these organizations don’t ask the question above to the sales people. If you were to, you can actually find out and build a repository of sales wins, which can help improve your sales strategies. This is not something that requires a huge amount of time or vast, complex applications. It can be as simple as this:-
