Automating CRM tasks easily and painlessly

Some of the challenges during a CRM implementation include automation of some of the mundane tasks like:

  1. Literature Fulfilment
  2. SMS/E-mail alerts
  3. Archival of e-mails

Since opening its first hotel in Pune in 1988, The Pride Hotel Group has become one of the fastest growing hotel chains in India.
